This week we have extended the functionality of our service yet again – make way for multistream. Now a partner can add more than one content streaming source.
Now you can add more than one «camera» for each stream in the «Streaming» tab of the corresponding partner’s account section – to do so use the «Add camera» button. After that they can be used in the «Restream», «Studio», and «Monitoring» tabs; you can switch them with buttons – «Camera 1», «Camera 2», etc. There are two cameras available by default, if you want to use more – contact us at hello@sportrecs.com.
When a new streaming source («camera») is created, each of them receives its own streaming key. After you have added a new camera, you may also select it when creating moments and restreaming. Any streaming source may be set as a «camera».
You may stream via a mobile application – each of them will be displayed as a separate camera. This is how you get a multistream – several streaming sources in one player.
When multistream is active, an icon appears in the bottom left of the player, which allows to select cameras.
