We are hiring: Partner Acquisition Manager

SPORTRECS is an international sports video service for fans and sports enthusiasts.

We operate in 27 countries and our platform gathers sports organizations from all over the world, including: UFC, Basketball Euroleague, FNL, NBA, as well as a number of multiple World and European Champions in various sports. Sports content rightholders and publishers upload and stream hundreds of videos every day: competitions, highlights, reviews, interviews, lessons and training sessions.

Responsibilities:

  • Attracting partners among the rightholders of sports content from different countries (leagues, federations, clubs, associations) who would like to sell/provide access to it through SPORTRECS
  • Supporting partners at the launch of paid content sales
  • Managing and controlling transactions with partners at each stage – help with setting up a personal account for the partner, setting up a paid product for the partner, monitor the providing of necessary data in the personal account, etc.
  • Informing partners about innovations of the service on a regular basis
  • Gathering and processing partners’ demands on operating the service and transferring them to the development department
  • Assistance in building the partner’s system of paid content distribution
  • Developing loyalty and motivation programs for the partners
  • Preparation of CO and presentations of the reports on the work done (weekly/monthly/quarterly)

Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of the sports market and decision makers
  • Relevant working experience selling software products/services
  • General IT erudition
  • Strong communication skills in terms of understanding the interlocutor, negotiating and giving remote presentations
  • Stress tolerant
  • Consistency, analytical approach and determination to get results
  • English speaker – upper-intermediate or above

Would be an advantage:

  • Love for the customer is in the DNA
  • Familiar with CRM systems (Bitrix 24, Amo CRM, etc.)
  • Understanding of PPV/Subscription/ROI/Churn Rate terms
  • Media working experience (Media/Rightholder/Platform/Service)
