If a Partner continues to collect orders and receive payments from Customers after the expiration of its Cloud Solutions Partner Agreement, the terms of its Agreement (as modified by the Transitional Terms); including the terms of the Cloud Solution Provider Program Guide, continues to govern the rights and obligations of that partner.
